2025 Fall Season

The Dryads

"The Dryads" is a five-movement show about mythical tree spirits. It begins with "Awakening," a calm start that represents the spirits' dawn. This leads into "Celebration," a lively dance celebrating their forest home. The tone then shifts with "Solemnity," a sad piece about the destruction of the forest. In "Protection," the spirits powerfully defend their home. The show concludes with a reprise of "Awakening," symbolizing the forest's renewal. The show's music, choreography, and visuals all tell the story of the Dryads' emotional journey and the cycle of life.
