Uncaged tells the story of breaking free from the cages we build within ourselves — the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, and fear that keeps us trapped. Through expressive music and movement the show reminds us that freedom begins with a breath, by pausing, looking inward, and finding the courage to face what holds us back. Uncaged is a journey from confinement to clarity, from struggle to strength.
