
Jeff Phipps is a veteran percussion educator, performer, designer, and adjudicator with over 35 years of experience. He has worked with top drum corps including the Crossmen, Jersey Surf, and Dutch Boy, and has been instrumental in leading numerous high school bands and indoor ensembles to state and national acclaim, including a WGI World Championship with Hatboro-Horsham High School.
A founding member and longtime Vice President of the Mid Atlantic Percussion Society, Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for Imperial Dynasty Arts. He has been an adjudicator and clinician with leading organizations such as Winter Guard International, USBands, Cavalcade of Bands, and Tournament of Bands.
Jeff has been a featured presenter at various state music educator conferences and has contributed numerous articles to leading music publications and websites. His career in music education includes over 20 years supporting school music programs in roles such as Educational Representative for Zeswitz Music, District Educational Representative Manager at Music & Arts, and national leadership positions at Steve Weiss Music, where he served as Sales Manager, Education Department Lead, and Manager of Educational Sales Development.
Jeff is the Founder and Executive Director of The Rhythm Mission, a nonprofit that promotes faith-based values through the power of percussion. He lives in Perkiomenville, PA, and enjoys fishing and cooking in his free time.
