Kacey Howard has been a music educator in Connecticut for nineteen years. Mrs. Howard has had her concert bands featured as an honors ensemble at the NAfME All Eastern Convention in 2025 as well as Connecticut Music Educators Association Convention in 2017, 2019, 2023. Her marching bands have been named US Bands New England States class champion six times, consecutively (2013 - 2018), an overall effect caption winner at the 2015 US Bands National Championships, and the regional class champion at the 2016 Bands of America competition in Newark, DE. Additionally, her winterguard and indoor percussion programs have also earned regional titles in their respective divisions. Kacey is a highly active clinician and leadership coordinator across the country.

Mrs. Howard earned her Masters in Music Education from Florida State University and her Bachelors of Music from the University of South Carolina.
