Ray Fallon

Ray Fallon is a veteran music educator, performer, and marching arts specialist, currently serving as a USBands adjudicator. Over his nine-year tenure as a member of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, Ray distinguished himself as a section leader and was honored as Crusader of the Year. He later returned to the corps as an instructor from 2008 to 2010. From 2009 to 2014, Ray served as brass caption head for the 7th Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in brass instruction. Most recently, Ray was a member of the Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps brass staff during their 2024 DCI Open Class Championship season.

In addition to his drum corps experience, Ray is the band director at Boston Latin Academy, where he is dedicated to developing the next generation of musicians. He is a graduate of UMass Boston with a BA in Music and multiple jury prizes, and maintains an active career as a freelance trumpet player. Ray is known for providing student-centered, educationally-focused feedback, and draws from his extensive teaching and adjudication background to support the growth of every ensemble he adjudicates.
