Jess is thrilled to be continuing her career in the marching arts through USBands. Previously, she was the marching band color guard director for Brick Township High School for over a decade, and still remains the winter guard director. During her tenure, she helped capture three consecutive indoor guard championship titles. She's proud of her involvement in USBands, having marched with the All-Star Color Guard (formally USSBA) in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in both 2003 and 2004.

When not on the field, you can find her in the classroom teaching high school English and special education. Jess resides in Howell, NJ with her husband, Chuck, and her two boys, Nolan and Owen.
