Joe Muñoz is the Assistant Director of Fine Arts for the Performing Arts in the Arlington ISD. Prior to his current position, Mr. Muñoz was a band director for 28 years, having bands that performed at the Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic and the Rose Parade. His bands were consistent state qualifiers and finalists at the UIL State Marching Band Championships and in the TMEA Honor Band process. Mr. Muñoz is a Past President of TMEA and was honored to serve as President of the 2020 Centennial Celebration Convention. He is an active clinician, adjudicator, and mentor.
