Tom is an avid educator, composer, arranger, and sound designer for the marching arts across all levels of competition. Throughout the seasons, he has held titles ranging from Technician to Director across all levels of competition, but he always seeks to provide education and personal development in the performing and marching arts arena for himself and his membership. Tom currently consults with groups in the Southern New Jersey area.
