Marlo Spritzer

Marlo (Ecke) Spritzer began her career in the marching arts at Stroudsburg High School in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. She brings decades of knowledge and experience in color guard and education to her role as an adjudicator.

Her marching experience includes Ascension Indoor Guard ('86, '87), Threshold Winter Guard ('88), Reading Buccaneers ('88) and Field of View Winter Guard ('91, '92). Since then, Marlo has served as consultant, technician, designer, and director for a number of scholastic and independent color guards from novice to world class, including North Warren High School ('90-'94), Pocono Mountain High School ('97, '98), Field of View Winter Guard (1994-1996, 2009-2017), Classics Colorguard (2018-2020), and Southern Lehigh High School (2015-present). In 2022, she was inducted as a member of the Field of View Hall of Fame. Marlo is a color guard and equipment adjudicator for USBands and Mid Atlantic Indoor Network (MAIN).

Currently, Marlo lives in Saylorsburg, PA with her husband Jeff. She is the proud mom of two adult children, and works as a high school English teacher for the Southern Lehigh School District. Marlo is a 1997 graduate of Temple University where she earned her B.S.Ed. in Secondary Education, and she is an M.Ed. candidate in Multicultural Education at Kutztown University.
