
Anthony (he/him) has been an enthusiastic fan of the pageantry arts from his early childhood. After a high school career as a percussionist, he redirected his energies toward color guard, spending multiple seasons with the Madison Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps and Northern Lights Winter Guard. He currently serves as the color guard caption manager for the Seattle Cascades drum and bugle corps.
For the past decade, Anthony has served as adjudicator for a number of marching band contests and winter guard circuits including Texas Color Guard Circuit, Mid-Continent Color Guard Association, NorthStar Circuit, Carolina Winter Ensemble Association, and the Winter Guard Association of Southern California.
Outside of pageantry, Anthony holds a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Urban Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning. Currently, he is a Project Manager for the City of Hillsboro, Oregon, where he oversees the Community Development Code. In this role he seeks to work with stakeholders to support predictable development outcomes which drive forward Hillsboro's values of being a welcoming, well-designed, sustainable, and business-friendly community.
