
Bill Woodward is a special needs educator and Marching Band Director at Delsea Regional HS. Bill brings a wealth of experience to the marching arts activity. He marched with Philadelphia Athletic League Drum and Bugle Corps, 1977-1980. Black Watch Drum and Bugle Corps 1981 - 1984 rounds out his marching career with the Bushwackers Senior Drum and Bugle Corps 1986 -1993.
Bill judges with Cavalcade of Bands and is elected to the 2019 Hall of Fame, Keystone Indoor Drill Association, USBands, and Drum Corps Associates.
Founder of the first Independent Open WGI indoor drumline and finalist in the Tri-state area Riptide. Bill’s early Indoor Drumline designs are the blueprint for indoor drumline today, bringing the only WGI Scholastic World-class banner to the east coast. He is a Co-founder of the WGI Independent Open class championship and World Class finalist United Percussion. He served as principal arranger and co-program designer, principal arranging and co-designer for Aftermath Percussion in its WGI Independent A class finalist appearance in 2018. Last, he serves as the musical coordinator for the 2022 Tournament of Bands Chapter One and All Chapters Champion with the Cumberland Regional HS. WGI Winds program, 2022 WGI Scholastic A Concert Class runner-up with Hatboro Horsham High School.
