Matthew Banks, received his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s from Illinois State University in music education/administration. Afterwards, he had the privilege of performing on Broadway in New York City with the musical Blast! During his time on Broadway, Blast! Received both a Tony and an Emmy Award. He was also a part of the national touring company from 2000- 2004.
Matthew has also had the opportunity to work with several top drum and bugle corps, Matthew currently works as the low brass coordinator for The Cadets and is a music educator for the Kirkwood School District. Matthew lives with his beautiful wife and daughters in the St. Louis area.
