Tom is a passionate advocate for the musical arts, dedicated to enriching and educating young musicians. With over 25 years of experience as a high school percussion technician and percussion supervisor/arranger, Tom has honed his skills as an educator, emphasizing the importance of music education.

Tom boasts an extensive background in drum corps, spanning more than 20 years. He has performed and served as a staff member with prestigious ensembles, including four years with the Jersey Surf Drum & Bugle Corps, seven years with The Brigadiers Drum & Bugle Corps, and fourteen years with The Hawthorne Caballeros Drum & Bugle Corps. Tom's diverse experiences in music, percussion, and education have equipped him to be a successful and inspiring educator.

Currently, Tom is in his second year as the Front Ensemble Arranger/Supervisor at Robbinsville High School and serves as the director of the Regiment Indoor Percussion. He is excited to continue sharing his expertise and passion with the students and the program.
