Hello. My name is Kristen OMelia from Massachusetts. My professional life has been in service to children and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I work for the commonwealth as the Director of Family Supports and Intake and Eligibility. My life in this world of performing arts began in parking lot of St. Patrick’s church parking lot where I became a member at age 6. Since then I performed, write drill, taught a multitude high school bands and local drum corps. I began judging locally when I joined MJA and continued to judge for WGI, DCI, NESBA, USBands and many more. I had also continued to teach until just a few years ago. This world of performing arts has been a great joy for me for many years.
