Scott Brown

Scott is a graduate of Lake-Lehman High School, Wilkes University, and the American Band College at Southern Oregon University. He has also taken post graduate classes at Villanova University and The University of The Arts. He also has had the opportunity to study conducting with Claude Pichereau of the Paris Conservatory. In addition he has studied Trombone with members of the NY Philharmonic and Philadelphia Orchestra as well as Jazz legend Urbie Green.

Scott is an active free lance musician performing regionally in eastern PA, North NJ and Eastern NY.

Scott has taught bands in the SE Delco School District, Norristown Area School District, Palmerton Area School District and the Northwestern Lehigh School District.

In addition to his public school teaching Scott has had a very successful private studio sending multiple students to PMEA All State ensembles as well as multiple nationally recognized music schools.

Scott has a long career in the Drum and Bugle Corps community serving as Brass Caption Head for several corps including:
The Bushwackers
Fusion Corps
Highland Regiment
The Raiders.

In his free time Scott enjoys spending time with his pets, golfing, and Pittsburgh Sports.
