Jeff Stewart has been designing, teaching and judging in the marching band, drum corps and color guard activities for over 30 years. He has worked with various high school bands and color guards in Massachusetts and has judged for WGI, DCI, DCA, USBANDS and various local circuits. Jeff lives in Providence, Rhode Island where he recently retired, after 30 years working at Citizens Bank.
