Joe has been involved with the marching arts for nearly 3 decades and is currently serving as a Festival Director and Tour Coordinator for Festivals of Music and EPN Travel Services. He received his Bachelor’s degree from West Chester University in Music Education where he was Drum Major of the "Incomparable" Golden Rams Marching Band. He also received a Master’s degree from Colorado State University in Wind Conducting where he was a Teaching Assistant for the Marching Band and Director of the Basketball Pep Band.
Joe’s career includes serving as Music Department Chair and Director of Bands for 13 years in Northern NJ. He also served as President of the North Jersey School Music Association (NJSMA), where he advocated for music education across the region. Joseph’s personal accolades include recognition as Teacher of the Year in 2023, as well as being named a 2024 New Jersey Department of Education Exemplary Teacher.
Joe lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
