
Joe has two decades of judging experience involving musical performers. He has been assigned to judge various Championships in all parts of the US & Canada. Joe was an Individual snare drum champion as well as instructed 5 different National Champion Percussion Ensembles. He has been engaged to consult with various musical groups and has conducted seminars for Music Educators throughout the country. Locally, he has taught workshops at West Chester University for music educators as they earn credits for their advanced degrees, as well as Master Classes for Marching Bands at Berklee University. He is a former member of the Advisory Council for the University of the Arts located in Philadelphia.He has also written articles for various magazines that have been distributed to 35,000 high schools in the United States. Joe has also been elected to 7 different Halls of Fame for Instructing, Arranging & Judging. Recently, Joe was selected to another Drumming Hall of Fame joining the Great Jazz Drummer Buddy Rich, who is considered the most influential Jazz Drummer of all time. Joe has also directed 22 musical productions and was nominated twice as Best Director by the Perry Awards of NJ.
