This is Swaga's (Sha-ga) first year judging for USBands but has been judging Colorguard and Visual Ensemble since 2010.
Swaga started judging for WGI in 2018 and began his marching/pageantry career while he was in junior high. Currently Swaga’s main caption is DA and secondary caption is MV. After getting bit by the twirling bug in Jr. High; Swaga continued to perform with his high school team and in college marched for the Concord Blue Devils IW guard and their World Class Drum Corp. After Swaga stopped performing with the Blue Devils, he
went on to teach various guards around the country including:
Homestead HS, Esperanza De Luz Winterguard/Drum Corp, Rancho Bernardo HS, Emanon Ind. and Belmont HS as well as many others.
When not involved with pageantry or the performing arts; Swaga is an Executive Producer and Showrunner for Unscripted/Reality Programs.
