Dr. Rickey Badua is a music educator with nearly 20 years of experience teaching DCI, University and High School Bands and is Director of Bands/Associate Professor of Music at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Dr. Badua has served as a marching arts adjudicator for over 10 years with organizations such as Drum Corp International (DCI), Western Band Association (WBA), Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association (SCSBOA), USBands and several state marching contests. He has presented and guest conducted throughout the U.S. and abroad including appearances at the International Midwest Band & Orchestra Clinic, Oxford Conducting Institute, College Band Directors National Conference and Spain, Australia, Costa Rica, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia & Japan.
